Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. Our quoted prices include delivery within mainland UK and VAT. For other locations please contact us to confirm availability and the delivered price.

We accept Visa; Mastercard; Amex; Switch and Maestro cards We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Payment by cheque made payable to "Product Research Services Ltd" posted to our address at SS3 9QY will also be accepted and if required a Proforma Invoice will be sent

Shipping And Handling Our prices include handling and shiiping within mainland UK within 48 hours of processing your Order. For other areas please contact us for details.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within mainland UK in two business days . Please contact us for confirmation of delivery times on International orders.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Returns Policy We operate a no quibble 14 days returns policy providing the product is being used in accordance with the "User Instructions". After14 days, for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, we will either provide replacement parts or collect the product for inspection, repair and return to the customer free of charge. Consumable components e.g. filters and drive belts are excluded from this policy.
